Blood was shed as a cover

Life to carry by His providence

To save from Satan’s jurisprudence

Blood was our salvation

The blood of the divine our propitiation

Blood was our redemption

Sin is gone and condemnation

Blood is our righteousness

The reason for divinity in humanness

Blood is our perfectness

Jesus Christ, in Him our completeness
